Mindful Life Counseling Center works towards assisting clients with determining insurance benefits in order for you to get the help you need. Our belief is that counseling can make a difference in not only addressing mental and improve quality of life. Counseling is beneficial for people who are struggling at different levels, unfortunately payment and cost can be confusing.
The staff at Mindful Life Counseling Center will walk you through the entire process including setting up an initial appointment, helping you understand your insurance coverage, getting the appropriate authorizations, referrals, determining your co-pay and deductible or providing an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company.
Clients can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you do not provide 24-hour notice, you will be required to pay the cost of the session.
Initial visit-$120.00 to $150.00
50 minute session-$100.00 to $120.00
Most counseling sessions are general 45 to 50 minutes in length. Additional time for sessions is available. Payment for services are due at the time services are rendered. Personal checks, cash, and credit/debit cards cards may be used as payment for sessions.
Licensed psychotherapists at Mindful Life are authorized by the state of Texas to provide professional services and eligible to be reimbursed by insurance companies. Reimbursement will depend you your insurance plan and the insurance company’s policies.
